As part of Easy Care, you are eligible to receive a new Easy Denture every 2 years at no additional cost, as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.
After 24 months of continuous subscription, log in to your Customer Portal, confirm your shipping address, and submit your refresh request
Refresh is for the same configuration as your original purchase (single arch or full set)
Once claimed, your next refresh eligibility resets for another 24-month cycle
You have 6 months to claim your refresh after eligibility; if unclaimed, it expires
Note: If you’ve already received a warranty replacement during a cycle, that counts as your 2-Year Refresh.
