Easy Dentures are not designed to work with implant posts, so unfortunately they won’t be able to snap in place over your existing implants. They are meant to be molded directly to the gums.
Additionally, because the material is moldable, there is a risk that it could grip or get stuck around the posts, which could cause damage or make removal difficult. If your goal is just to have a temporary solution for appearance or light wear, they may still be helpful, but there is always that risk
